Subscription is managed through the Manage Bag Tag section on the dashboard menu in the app. You can update, cancel, or renew your subscription there.

Payments are processed through Stripe, which accepts major credit / debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or Cash app.

Any refund would be managed by Stripe.

Notifications are not available in the current app version.

The app does not work offline.

Try restarting your device, updating the app to the latest version, or clearing the app cache in your device settings. If the issue persists, contact support.

First, ensure your app is up to date. If the problem continues, reinstall the app and report the issue to our support team.
